Have you got the seed of an  idea lurking in your mind? Or maybe a problem keeps spinning around and you can’t find the time to resolve it successfully.

Why walking?

Walking changes your physiology and stimulates creative thinking. Being in the great outdoors and nature literally provides you with space to think!

What is a coaching walk?

You will be guided through a 4 step coaching model that gets you thinking deeply. Identify what you really want, what resources you already have, generate new ideas to find solutions and a timeline to bring it to fruition. This dedicated time and space to work on a particular issue or project enables you to leave with clarity, feeling motivated and with a clear action plan to work on. This is a confidential process – no sharing necessary!

You will also have the opportunity to meet with other like minded individuals and the added bonus of improving your well-being through being out in nature
