Monthly Well-being Walk

Join me for a walk to blow away the cobwebs. Well-being Walks are what they say they are – designed to enhance your well-being through being active, connecting with others, being mindful and taking notice of your surroundings.

This month we are walking around the Wadsley Common area. It’s a mixture of common land, woods and open moor with plenty to take notice of. We’ll meet at the car park on Rural Lane ready to set off at 10am.
