Monthly Well-being Walk

Join us for a walk to blow away the cobwebs. Well-being Walks are what they say they are – designed to enhance your well-being through being active, connecting with others, being mindful and taking notice of your surroundings.
This month we will be walking round the Rother Valley area – taking in the lake, nature reserve and part of the Cuckoo Way. There are some fantastic views and wildlife on this walk and also some muddy sections! Please wear sturdy shoes and dress appropriately for the weather.
