Identifying the problems that your clients have enables you to offer relevant solutions so that your clients naturally want to work with you rather than feeling ‘sold’ to
Clearly articulating your business values means that you attract the people who want to work with you and who you enjoy working with – bringing out the best in both parties
You will leave with:
- A list of your business values which you can you use on your website and marketing materials
- A picture of your ideal client/s
- A list of solutions to your clients problems
